Product Returns Policy

Slaynrise aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, please contact support@slaynrise.co.uk within 3 days for damaged products and within 30 days for products not the right size, color, or if you changed your mind. For products with a defect within 2-years from the purchase date, contact support@slaynrise.co.uk. If you bought the product from a retailer in the UK or Ireland, please contact them for a return or refund. A proof of purchase is required for assistance. Slaynrise will respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, during business hours.

Receiving Your Product

Check your product upon receipt and notify support@slaynrise.co.uk within 3 days if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Provide photos of the damage, your full name, order number, and a description of the issue.

Returning Non-Faulty Products

To return a non-faulty product not the right size, color, or if you changed your mind, contact support@slaynrise.co.uk within 30 days with your full name, order number, and a description of the issue. The cost of returning the product will be your responsibility, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging with instructions to qualify for a refund. Refunds may take up to 8 days and will be for the purchase price minus a £7.50 handling fee, which covers the original delivery cost and return processing. A reduction in refund may occur if the product is used and not in its original condition. Contact support@slaynrise.co.uk before returning a product and shipping address will be provided by email. In-person returns are not accepted.

Returning Damaged/Defective Products

For defective products within the 2-year warranty period, contact support@slaynrise.co.uk with your order number and full name. If you bought the product from a retailer in the UK or Ireland, contact them for a return or refund. The product will be repaired or replaced as appropriate, subject to exclusions in the product's user guide. If a product is returned damaged or defective, postage will be reimbursed upon receipt and confirmation of damage/defect. Contact support@slaynrise.co.uk for further details and recommended courier service. Delivery times may be affected by the courier's situation.
